For those of us suffering with dietary issues – in need of a healthy eating and exercise routine, it gave us time to think and speculate about what we might be doing wrong and how we might fix it. IF you were lucky enough – as I have been – to have a nutritionist and exercise-guru with a zoom ap to help me resolve those issues, you probably have found a way to change your life forever. The pandemic gave me an excuse not to have to do anything – not to have to go out.. just to stay at home, to read.. and think (reflect), but it also gave me a guide to find answers needed in my life.
Through a zoom-program I joined, I have been given the knowledge and ability to create my own guide to a healthier life. I have been given tools for a better understanding of nutrition – tools to set me on a path replacing crash diets with healthy eating habits – and enabling me to find an exercise program suited to my needs and interests. Being a creature of habit, I have learned – that I need periodic refreshers to reinforce the learning that I began in this program – to enable me to turn knowledge I acquired into habits that rob dieting of its suffering – to improve and find greater enjoyment in life.
